My name is Donna and I just received an adorable angel from you organization today. I don't know who requested it, but it makes me feel good to know that someone cares for me!!
My angel is yellow, which happens to be my favorite color! I don't know if this was intentional or not, but she just brought tears to my eyes. Please thank all your "helpers" and let them know how much their dedication and caring means to me. While I am unable to knit or crochet anymore I would like to be able to help. I will be sending a donation as soon as I am able to get out. Your organization is wonderful and keep up the good work. It is nice to know that there are such caring people in this world. All you hear about is the bad things about people. None of you have ever met me, yet you have taken the time to make these beautiful angels and send one out to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I need all the support I can get right now and this surely helped!

I must let you know how thankful I am for the angel you sent my husband, Louis Ludlum. He passed away the Sunday before Thanksgiving. The Angel he received was beautiful and I was able to enjoy it more than he. It hangs on my refrigerator now and will remain there as a reminder that there are those whom we have never met and they care. Thank you so very much.

I requested an angel, for a child that I have been working with, the child was a child of abuse who had everything that she knew taken from her and since then several people have come and gone til me, I too have to unfortunatley move on to other cases, but she and I were more than a social service relationship. If I could I would give her the world, but I have children of my own and she isn't able to be adopted. I requested an angel for her and if only you could of sean her face, this was something made just for her she was given it personally, it was hers and hers alone, she didnt have to share it she could keep it, she sleeps with it every night! She calles it her "special angel" I am the only one that was able to see the joy in her face, if only I could think of the words to describe the great thing that you gave this child, the only words that I can think of are " hope, love, joy, security."

I would like to thank you for sending an Angel to my papaw. He recieved it last week and has packed it around with him every second of every day. He had tears in his eyes when you realized how others were praying for him too. Thank you so much for taking time to make others feel so special.

I just wanted to thank you for the angel. My mother-in-law recieved it today. She found out yesterday that the cancer is now in her brain. We at first were told it was in her lung and now this too. She was very thankful for the angel and could not believe that there were people out there like you and the people from your website. The lady who sent it was named Martha (her name also) and she was from TX. If you could relay this to her and tell her that the angel was beautiful and my mom-in-law really loved it. She pinned it onto her purse so her angel of hope could be with her all the time. Thanks again soooo very much. Please keep her in all your prayers. You have done a very special thing and I will keep you and all the others in my special thoughts and in my prayers always. Thanks again very much.

I just wanted to take this time to thank you for my angel. I requested it in memory of my son who had died in a car accident. The angel was so beautiful. It is so uplifting for me just looking at it. The angel has helped me so much that I have requested it for others. Your project is great. I just want to thank you so very much for sending my sister one of your angels. Her name is Dian Herndon and she has terminal cancer. I requested the angel about a month ago and she got it yesterday. She called me just a crying her heart out. She said that her mail came and she thought who in the world do I know in MI ? When she opened it and read the little note, she started crying. She said that it ment so much to her and has it hanging on the lamp by her chair. She said that every time she looks at it she will think of you and me for our love for her and it reminders her that nothing is final till God says it is and Jesus is our HOPE. So - you have blessed us both. I have just ordered two more of you angels and I am putting a love offering in the mail today to help you buy more yarn and stamps. You Go Girl !

I wish to thank you for the angels.....A while back I found your site and requested 2 angels for both of my grandchildren...who had recently lost their grandfather whom they lived with for almost 4 years ( he and I were raising them)... They received their angels, and so did grandma..they were beautiful....They both have their angels in they're rooms, and talk to them, and ask the angel to take messages to their Pa Pa....These angels have been a great comfort to the both of them and have helped them to deal with their loss... You'll never know how much these angels meant to those two kids..(one is 6 1/2 and the other is 4) and how it has helped them to get thru their missing their grandfather.. May God Bless you , and may he continue to guide you in everything you do...... Thank You again!!! You Have helped to bring a little Joy back into this house!

sit here with tears rolling down my face and I type this! Yhank you very much for the Wonderful Butterfly for Hope!!! You really have no idea how very much that meant and how it came at just the right time!!! I am not sure if anyone has really shared with you how serious things have gotten for me. as I told all of you I was seriously injured in very early May. and I was off work the entire month of May not able to walk and had no use my legs. Physical therapy got my legs back to working and I returned to work after a months worth of a short hospital stay and physical therapy! Physical therapy has continued however I was only back to work a very short time and had serious neurological symptoms return. I was then cut back to 4 hours a day by the Dr. and this is proving to be very difficult for me! This has been a very tough past 7 months for both my husband and myself . My job has no benefits, no paid vacations or sick days so all of my time off has been without pay. I had a Dr's appointment today 10/14/03 our Wedding Anniversary and the dr. told me that the neurological damage is a permanent injury and it may never get any better than it is. At times I must use a cane as my legs becomes very weak and painful unable to hold my weight and the pain that I have is horrible actually almost intolerable! I will continue with specialist but Long story short, I came home from the Dr. in tears wondering what we are going to do, how we are going to survive, how are we going to pay bills, angry, mad and upset !! The past 7 months have been Hell (sorry but true) and we have been barely scrapping by! The package was here waiting on me to open it! Thank you Vicki for giving me hope, opening the package and reading the butterfly of Hope gave me the reminder to hold on!! Your Kindness is so much appreciated!!! I have no way to thank you in person so a picture attached will have to do!!! I am still trying to hang on at the store ( My job). I really enjoyed what I was doing and I had so many compliments on how much the store has turned around and I enjoyed running and operating the store, but this is proving to be almost impossible for me now! I won't lie to you, I am very very scared!!! I see another specialist on the 28th of this month and I am getting along day by day the best that I can! I went to work on Monday to do the ordering and to try to do some work but my time is very limited as the pain level becomes unbearable and I have to be extremely careful right now because the more I aggravate the injury the more my mobility becomes limited!! The Dr's have informed me that aggravating the injury right at this time could result in serious spinal cord damage! End result wheel chair! So I have to do as they insist which right now is alot of down time in bed! Thank heavens for lap tops! I won't give up on all the specialist that I keep getting referred to as someone just might be able to help!!!
